Teno Rural Park

Teno Rural Park is a natural area that fascinates with its variety of landscapes and the many activities you can practice there: choose from 100 km of trails, canyoning, kayaking with turtles and dolphins, or cycling through pine forests. PUNTA TENO AND LOS GIGANTESIt is the westernmost tip of the island and the perfect enclave to observe "Los Gigantes", huge cliffs that can reach 600 meters high and that plummet into the sea. Here, if you like to be in contact with nature, you can rent a kayak or hire a sailing tour to do whale watching.

ATTENTION
The road that runs through Isla Baja and reaches Punta de Teno is cut off from traffic during the week and can only be reached by public transport. From Buenavista or Santiago del Teide, you can take the line 369 that takes you to the lighthouse and continue walking towards the beach. It is usually a windy area, so we recommend you check the weather forecast.

MASCA
Teno Rural Park is home to several hamlets, but undoubtedly the most famous is Masca, a small village surrounded by mountains which is accessed by a winding road. This nucleus of houses is a great tourist attraction especially for hikers, as it is the beginning of one of the most famous walks in Tenerife. ★ TENO ALTO
It is difficult to find anyone from Tenerife who has been to this hamlet. Far from all the conventional routes and isolated from the big urban centers, this village has a special charm. You can find a shop that sells handmade cheeses, a small tasca of homemade food and a walking path that leads down to the lighthouse.
